Hello World is a school assignment for which I have made an educational app. I have chosen for languages because I like to learn them. It was very important to me to create visually appealing illustrations and I have spent a lot of time creating them. Parents can get an impression of the app by visiting the landing page.

Each country has a beautiful scenery.

Word Bank

On the left, users can learn how a greeting in a certain language is written. In addition, users can listen to a soundbyte and learn how to pronounce it.
On the right of the screen is a word bank where users can fill in the sentence.

Trophies

After the user has finished an assignment, they will receive an award. Award completion statusses are stored in the localstorage.

The Locals

Each local is wearing their traditional outfit. I have created illustrations for America, Kenya, France, Brazil, Russia, India, Saudi-Arabia and China.

Environment

In order to complement the locals and their clothing, the environment and landmarks match the local's country.
